About Our Staff

Joseph Cadotte is the founder and lead editor. He has an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Washington and a BA in English from the University of Michigan. He works as a game designer and lead editor at Innovative Learning Solution. He can be reached through facebook, instagram, or mastadon 

Elizabeth Hinds is an editor and illustrator. She has a BA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Her professional website is elizabethkidder.com

Cordelia Norris is an illustrator and graphic designer. She has an MA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a BA in Art and Art History from the University of Washington. Her design firm is at Luna Creative

We welcome your comments and suggestions, as well as submissions that meet the following criteria:

We are currently looking for:

  • Character-driven stories
  • Well-written and researched genre fiction (specifically, speculative fiction and mystery)
  • Completed works
  • No gratuitous sex or violence

We are NOT looking for:

  • “Literary” fiction
  • Plot-driven stories
  • Unfinished work
  • Fanfiction of any sort
  • Any sort of work that you do not own wholly or are not licensed for
  • Works that are excessively violent, sexual, homophobic, misogynistic, or bigoted

You are much more likely to be published by us after you have submitted to one of our anthologies, although we will print good work from new authors and acceptance into any given anthology doesn’t imply any further acceptance.
